Love it or hate it, networking is so important in the world we live in. I used to drag my feet to network, but today, it’s something I actually enjoy. Hi, I’m Dylan and my goal with this newsletter is to transform how you think about networking.

Mainly: less daunting, and more meaningful. Networking is making friends, it’s not name tags or Linkedin requests. And if we’ve met at one of my events–welcome back. If not, I’m glad you’re here.

Last month, I hosted my first private dinner series for investors, high net worth individuals, and accelerators.

Together with Illias Anwar of Seedlegals, we brought together 8 powerhouse career movers and 200 million dollars in total net worth. Those 8 were out of the 200+ applications for a seat. This included 6 VCs, the CEO of Clockout, and the CEO of SeedLegals (and me of course).

It was such an intimate experience. Great food, real conversations, and things said that don’t normally get said in big rooms. Some seats may open up as we aim to double from 200 to 400 million in total net worth.

For a big city like NYC, you’d think networking would be easy. It is, but only if you look in the right place. Last week my Finance, Tech, & Biz Happy Hour Club on Clockout ventured out to Hilton’s Tempo at Time Square. Over 50+ attendees at the Hilton’s most exclusive space?

Lots of laughs, but even more friendships made and value driven conversations. Plus, a 2003 Argiano Wine to one lucky giveaway winner provided by your’s truly.

Some flicks from this event!

I love Thursdays more than the weekend. Why, you ask? You gotta attend one of my Thursday social hours to find out. They’re a part of my Finance, Tech, & Biz Happy Hour club on Clockout, and run biweekly (and always on a Thursday).

We’re tackling more exclusive venues and more connections each meeting. Interested? Come for yourself, make some new friends, and maybe you’ll go home winning a bottle of wine too.

Want to stay connected?

Always happy to chat and connect.
